The novel is told from the shifting perspectives of 16 year-old Nico Catherine, Dr. Madeline Lee his clinical therapist, and NYPD Detective Isaac Johnson as each of their stories develop and ultimately come together in ways that none of them could ever have imagined.
With supernatural powers, detective intrigue, and an ominous, secret government agency, The Power of Nico Catherine will appeal to readers who are drawn to mystery or fantasy, but at the same time, with questions of belonging, philosophy, and imagination, the story retains heart throughout.
